Carolina Trace is located about 45 minutes southwest of Raleigh/Durham and less than 30 minutes from Pinehurst, one of the world’s golf capitals. World-class medical facilities and universities, cultural events and spectator sports are just minutes away.

Driving Directions

From Raleigh:

• Take US 1 South to  Exit 69A, 421/87 S.
• Turn right off the exit at the light onto Horner Boulevard
• Follow 421/87 South (Horner Blvd.) approximately five miles
• Stay to the right as 421 and 87 split
• Follow 87 South toward Fayetteville
• About three miles on 87 South is Carolina Trace on the left.

• Take US 1 North to 24/27 East
• Continue on 27 East when 24/27 split
• From 27 East take 87 North. to Sanford
• Look for Carolina Trace entrance on the right
