Description
Coldstream Cove at Prince Creek is a new townhome community in the
village of Murrells Inlet. Prince Creek is a residential community
located between the Waccamaw River and the Atlantic Ocean.

Tom Fazio and PGA TOUR consultant Lanny Wadkins utilized water features,
environmental grasses and terrain to design the Prince Creek Tournament
Players Club.

The golf course is situated in a natural wetlands
conservation area, with elevation changes range up to 30 feet and
has been certified in the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program. Turkey,
foxes, heron, deer and the occasional alligator can be seen throughout
the course.

Located next to the fishing village of Murrells Inlet, Coldstream at
Prince Creek offers some of the only homesites on the TPC golf course with golf, wetlands and woodland views.
