Greensprings West is a planned
community located on the grounds of the old Green Spring
Plantation in historic Williamsburg. Built around the
award-winning Jamestown Course at Williamsburg National Golf

Golf & More Golf
Opening in July of 2007 is a second 18-hole championship golf
course. Designed by Tom Clarke, a principal in the
long-admired firm of Ault, Clarke and Associates, the Yorktown
Course marks an exciting addition to the golf amenities at Greensprings West.
The clubhouse features pool, tennis courts and children's
play area.
This year-round recreational haven is already a factor in the
Virginia golf scene with its 12-year-old Jamestown Course at
Williamsburg National Golf Club. The Jamestown is a handsome
and highly challenging layout by Jack Nicklaus that plays
through hardwoods and meadow to a maximum length of 6,953
yards.
Memberships & Real Estate
Residents of Greensprings West are eligible for membership in
Williamsburg National Golf Club for a $4,000 initiation fee
plus annual dues.
Custom homesites with views of golf course, pond and privacy,
basement homes can be built on some of these lots. Amenities
include a pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, walking paths,
playground and social activities for all ages all year round.
