Description
Hot Springs Village is an award-winning,
recreational community with extensive facilities for golf,
boating and tennis. The community is spread across 26,000 acres
of wooded terrain in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains,

The Balboa golf course is ranked No. 7 in Arkansas.
Within the gates of Hot Springs Village are
nine golf courses, 12 lakes, three swimming pools, 14 tennis
courts, two country clubs and more than 20 miles of nature trails, all in
a climate suitable for year-round outdoor enjoyment.

Enjoy fishing and boating on one of 11 recreation lakes.
The Village golf courses were designed by
Ault, Clark and Associates of Kensington, Maryland. The courses
feature bent-grass greens and Bermuda fairways and are
consistently rated among the best in the state.There is excellent fishing, boating and beach-going at beautiful
Lake Balboa, Lake Cortez, and Lake DeSoto. Two marinas
provide boat rentals, bait, and fishing licenses and all of the Village’s
recreation lakes are stocked and monitored by the Arkansas Game and Fish
Commission.

The Diamante golf course is ranked No. 4 in Arkansas.
The size and scale of the community spreads
out recreational costs, providing great value for resident
users. Property owners can play 18 holes of award-winning golf
for under $23, including green fees, cart rental, surcharge and
tax.
Hot Springs Village residents have options

Driving Directions
Hot Springs Village is located just north of Hot Springs,
Arkansas in the central region of the state. The Village Front
Gate entrance is on Highway 7 and the East Gate entrance is on
Highway 5 just west of the city of Benton and about an hour west
of the capital city of Little Rock.
