Huntsman Springs
Driggs, Idaho

Rugged elegance, vast preservation lands and a refined
portfolio of amenities
make Huntsman Springs an outdoorsman’s
ideal new home in the Tetons.
Description
Located in southeastern Idaho less than an
hour’s drive from Jackson Hole, Huntsman Springs is a golf,
hunting and fishing community encompassing 1,400 acres, 70
percent of which will be set aside as open space.

The Sales Center is ready to receive visitors.
A series of connected lakes, streams and walking paths
throughout the refuge will provide nesting areas and protected
habitat for Canada Geese, Sandhill Cranes, Trumpeter Swans,
curlews, hawks, owls, falcons, turkeys, doves, and pheasants to
name a few.

The fishing is grand.

Golf & Recreation Opportunities
The golf course will mark a new foothold in the mountains
for golf course designer David McLay Kidd, fresh off his triumph at
Bandon Dunes in coastal Oregon. The setting for the Huntsman
Springs golf course is a spectacular meadow and foothill terrain
with stirring alpine views.

You'll work hard to keep your head down with alpine views
everywhere you look.
The community’s master plan calls for residential and
recreational buildings that fit with the charming Western town
of Driggs and the natural environment that draws people to this
world-famous valley.
Made for Wildlife
More than 3,000 Yellowstone Cutthroat Trout have been released
into a network of ponds, and some 500 pheasants have
been introduced across the site. Land has also been set aside
for a growing population of bison.

A bison population is starting to flourish.

An integral part of the living experience at Huntsman Springs is
the nearly 500 acres of wildlife refuge dedicated exclusively to
the protection, preservation, and enhancement of Teton Valley
wildlife. Natural wetlands have been cleaned up where
appropriate, and in some cases, re-created after 100 years of
flood irrigation and cattle ranching.

Nearly 500 acres of wildlife refuge are dedicated to the
protection of Teton Valley wildlife.
By design, the low light, “dark sky” initiatives combined with
this significant commitment to maintaining a western wildlife
refuge will offer a close-to-nature living experience for
residents.
