The private Jubilee Golf Club will feature an 18-hole, 7,400-yard
championship course designed by PGA champion Jerry Pate.
Description
Jubilee, Florida, is a new community inspired by
the finest traditions of historic Southern towns—natural
landscapes, neighbors talking on front porches, getting around
on foot or by bike, daily life at a pace that doesn’t leave you
breathless.

Jubilee.
Jubilee is located in Pace, Florida, approximately 15 miles
north of Pensacola, and sits on more than 2,700 acres of
un-Florida-like rolling terrain with elevation crests and
valleys of up to 200 feet dotted with wetlands and mature trees.
Less than half of the total acreage will be impacted during
development with 1,620 acres–60 percent–designated to remain
green space.

Under the direction of The Eagle Group, an Atlanta-based
development company, in
partnership with leading architecture firm and master planner
Hart/Howerton, Jubilee’s design vision is to integrate buildings
with the natural surroundings in a way that offers an escape
from urban sprawl while still providing the amenities of urban
living.
With neighborhoods centered around a town square, the
community’s elements will create the Panhandle’s only authentic
new urban community.

As Jubilee continues to grow, it will be comprised of a number
of interwoven neighborhoods, each connected by roads and walking
trails. The community will have a network of more than 25 miles
of interconnected paths, walkways and bikeways.

The private Jubilee Golf Club will feature an 18-hole, 7,400-yard, championship-caliber golf course designed by PGA champion Jerry Pate. Reminiscent of the famous Pine Valley course in New Jersey, this layout will encompass the unusual topography and scenic beauty of the wetlands environment where the course is being constructed.
Jerry Pate is the designer of the Jubilee championship golf
course.
Pate's design will accentuate indigenous plants and wetlands and incorporate them into the construction of each hole. The result will be a beautiful, yet challenging course. In addition to this highly anticipated golf course, the club will feature luxurious amenities for both golfers and guests to enjoy. Currently under construction, Jubilee Golf Club will be ready for play in
the fall 2007.
