Description
Juliette Falls is a new luxury golf community on 546 acres of
rolling, wooded terrain in the equestrian country of Ocala,
Florida. The community has a nature-preserve feel along with the
golf, spa and dining amenities of a major resort.

The golf course at Juliette Falls has won early acclaim.
Designed by architect John Sanford, it was cited by Golf
Magazine as one of the Top Ten New Courses You Can Play in the
U.S. for 2007.
The course stretches out on rolling, wooded terrain.
Sanford worked the rolling terrain and majestic oaks—unusual for
Florida topography—into a pleasing yet puzzling golf challenge
for avid players and recreational golfers alike.
According to Golf Magazine, “Architect John Sanford coaxed a
classic parkland layout from gently rolling terrain, and while
there are bells and whistles -- four waterfall features and
eye-catching waste bunkers dotted with shrubbery and wire grass
-- the course's strength lies in the variety of its par-4s and
the standout quartet of par-3s.”

The Clubhouse
The community’s main clubhouse will begin construction soon. It
is a 52,000-square-foot project that includes a spa, wellness
center and modern banquet facility with space for up to 400
guests. The clubhouse will contain spaces for smaller meetings
and events, as well.

There will also be a new, larger version of the popular Romeo's
Restaurant. Other dining and gathering options in the permanent
clubhouse include a sports/bar cocktail lounge and attached
media room with theatre-style seating and large plasma TVs, plus
a poolside grill.
The interim clubhouse, just off the first and 10th tees, is a
7,400-square-foot Arthur Rutenberg-designed facility. It is
equipped with a full golf shop, enjoyable dining at Romeo's
Restaurant plus a private meeting room and sports bar. Capacity
is 172 guests.
The Pro Shop is ready for your shopping spree.
Living at Juliette Falls means you’ve got an open invitation to
lower your handicap. There is a 10-acre practice complex with
north and south tees, both with full and short game areas.
A True Community, with a Resort Atmosphere
The aquatic center at Juliette Falls is a zero-entry, 3,500
square-foot resort-style lagoon pool will be located at the
clubhouse with both adult and children's spaces. It's the
perfect space for all members of the family to enjoy fun and
recreation.
A golf hole with one of the community's signature water falls
behind it.
Plans call for a community tennis center with lighted courts to
be located near the main clubhouse, with multiple courts and
Har-Tru surfacing. Tennis gear and apparel will sold in the
professional shop and tennis leagues and classes will be
available to members.

The reason membership opportunities are limited is that only
homeowners at Juliette Falls can become full golf club members.
Just 350 of these platinum memberships will be available. Once
the membership is purchased, it will be tied to your property.
The club has fast become a popular site for weddings and
celebrations of all kinds including birthdays, anniversaries,
showers and retirement parties.
Nature Preserve & Turn-Key Service
Some 136 acres of the community’s 546-acre site is a nature
preserve. A continuous 5-mile jogging trail winds throughout the
preserve, along with two shelters and one comfort station. You
will find vegetation and wildlife markers along the way and
kiosks with maps and plant and animal information.
One of the four waterfall features creates a soothing backdrop.
Juliette Falls offers turn-key service for the property owner.
You can purchase your home fully furnished and professionally
decorated in a myriad of interior design packages. This offers
you the chance to move into your finished home much more quickly
and easily.
Home prices with lot begin at $597,000 and range up to $1.5
million. A separate gated community will also be located within
