Mountains,

year-round.
Description
Welcoming families into its Smoky Mountain embrace for more
than 50 years, Maggie Valley Club has long been loved for its
down to earth hospitality, breathtaking mountain scenery and
challenging golf. "Today, a renaissance is underway," say its
developers, "as Maggie Valley Club joins ranks with some of the
top resort destinations in North Carolina."
You're invited to spend the afternoon on the newly renovated
postcard perfect golf course, explore miles of trails or spend a
day at the pool. Maggie Valley Club’s four-season lifestyle and
first-rate amenities are created especially for families.

The Maggie Valley course is one of western North Carolina's most
popular layouts.
Now is the time to discover Maggie Valley Club for yourself.
Savor each day from perfect sunrise to Smoky Mountain sunset in
your own Maggie Valley home. Luxury condominiums, cottages and
grand homesites are available now.
Two Mountain Ranges
Set amid some the south’s most vibrant arts communities,
Maggie Valley Club is nestled between the majestic Blue Ridge
and Great Smoky Mountain ranges with elevations
ranging from 2,800 feet in the
valley rising to 4,500 feet at the mountain tops. Spectacular golf course and mountain views
surround you in every direction.

Two mountain ranges combine to create unforgettable views.
The championship layout features tree lined, undulating
bluegrass fairways, spacious bentgrass greens and creek-fed
lakes and streams. The opening nine holes meander through the
valley while the inward nine traverse the mountainside,
traveling upward toward an elevation of near 4,000 feet. Each
hole offers players a unique and breath-taking panorama of the
surrounding Smoky Mountains.
“The Maggie Valley Club Golf Course is beautiful," says Butch
Harmon, renowned teaching instructor of Tiger Woods. "I can’t
imagine how gorgeous it must be in the fall with all the colors.
The course is very playable, which makes it fun, but it’s also
tricky enough to challenge golfers.” The course is even better than
before,
say residents, after the course's recent $6 million renovation
and upgrade.

Enjoy one spectacular view after another.
The area’s temperate climate enables you to play golf
and enjoy a wide diversity of outdoor recreation year-round. The clubhouse features numerous amenities including
a fitness center and pro shop.

The new clubhouse offers dining, fitness center and pro shop.
Furthermore, Maggie Valley is less than 10 minutes from the
picturesque Main Street of Waynesville with its attractive
shops, restaurants and activities and less than 30 minutes from
Asheville, which is consistently cited as one of the
up-and-coming cities in America and further expands the
cultural, shopping and dining portfolio for club residents.
