Description
Owl's Nest Resort &
Golf Club is located in New Hampshire's White Mountains and
offers classic New England resort-style living. Surrounded by
breathtaking mountain views, this friendly and
vibrant community is situated just off Interstate 93 within two
hours of Boston.
Designed by Mark Mungeam of Cornish, Silva and Mungeam
Inc., the 18-hole, par-72
championship course opened in 1988 and offers a variety of
backdrops, including fields, a four-acre spring-fed pond, and ""Sunset
Hill" with great
views.

The Owl's Nest course offers mountain views and other natural
scenes.
Owl's Nest is comprised of several
neighborhood-style villages, each with its own unique
personality and owners' association. The villages, consisting of
single family homes, townhomes and condominiums, are located
along the award-winning 18-hole championship golf course and / or
an additional 9-hole course in development.
The ownership structure
at Owl's Nest is designed with low-maintenance,
hassle-free living in mind. Association fees include a wide
range of services including lawn mowing, snowplowing, and walkway shoveling.
The management team is on hand 24/7 for emergency response services, home monitoring,
landscape design and construction, concierge services and more.

Many homes overlook the course, as well as the mountains.
Home buyers
can work with the Owl's Nest team to choose the perfect homesite,
or select from completed homes, townhomes and condominiums–many fully furnished and
in turn-key condition.
