How often do you get the chance to take advantage of something truly
spectacular before the word gets out and the all the good stuff is gone? Not
very. But right now you have the chance to catch hold of something that
comes along only once in a long while.

Enjoy magnificent views of Colorado's National Monument.
Called Redlands Mesa, this new golf course community is stunningly
situated along Colorado's majestic Western Slope, where the mountains meet
the desert. The result will be a a magnificent environment where golf,
outdoor recreation, and community blend uniquely to create an exceptional
western lifestyle.

The 14th green is tucked right into the mesa's rock formations.

design guidelines will preserve the area's high desert character. If hiking and biking and the
chance to go white-water rafting nearby get
your blood going, then Redlands Mesa will seem like heaven to you.
Golf in the Clouds
Jim Engh, an award-winning, golf-course designer, has created his
latest masterpiece in Colorado's majestic, high-desert mesa at
Redlands Mesa. Surrounded
by breathtaking views of the Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa,
and the Book Cliffs, the course takes full advantage of the diverse
natural landscape.
The No. 16 hole on the Jim Engh-designed course.
The Golf Club at Redlands Mesa will be a daily fee, 7,000-yard-plus work
of art (currently in the grow-in stages) that is scheduled to open this
summer. This spectacular course winds around sparkling lakes and rock
formations. Dramatic elevated tees rise above the canyons unveiling the
green, red and blue colors that paint the desert landscape.

A stunning panorama of reds, golds and greens greets you on the
course.
The most dramatic hole is No. 17 which has a 200-foot drop from the tee.
Its jaw-dropping view is part of an eight-hole stretch (nos. 11-18) that
leads golfers through an untouched back country in Red Canyon that is part
golf outing and part hiking trip. It's even recommended that you
wear spikeless hiking boots for your trek to the 17th tee.
Lots Available Now
Lots with views that will literally put your head in the clouds are now
available for purchase prior to the golf courses June opening. A few of
the first offering lots are available under $100,000; lot prices range up
to $350,000. Ownership comes with special
golf course privileges, such as priority tee times, use of your own cart and
more.

This ridge-view home enjoys a commanding presence.
Square footage ranges from approximately one-quarter
acre to three-quarter acre. Note that special attention has been given to
the design of each lot to protect the view corridor of each custom home
site. There's a lot to protect because the views from the majority of the
lots encompass all three of the surrounding mountain ranges: Grand Mesa, the Uncompaghre Plateau and the
Bookcliff Mountain Range.

Homesite as seen from the 7th fairway
