The course is newly renovated and features 400 feet of
elevation changes.
The community of RedTail Mountain is located 20 minutes
northwest of Boone, North Carolina in the idyllic Tennessee town
of Mountain City. Among its diverse amenities is a wonderful
system of nature trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding.

The course is managed by the well-know firm Troon Golf.
Mountain Golf, Mountain Style
Inspired by the great lodges of our country's National Parks
system, RedTail Mountain's building architecture is designed to
provide a strong connection between impressive living spaces
indoors and the natural surroundings.
Heavy timber framing, square log trusses, wood shingles, and
rough-sawn boards create a substantial feel, while quaint
stacked stone, cobblestone, historic metals, and expansive glass
provide appropriate finishing touches.
Homeowners can take advantage of the RedTail Mountain
Resort-Rental Program which takes care of all aspects of renting
their home from deposits to property management and
listing.

The mountain views are especially alluring at dusk and dawn.
RedTail Mountain Golf Club's 18-hole layout challenges players
with a true mountain golf course experience and features
dramatic course contours and long vistas. Troon Golf, one of the leaders
in professional golf management, oversees operations with
high-touch service.
RedTail also features the Sam Adams Golf Academy, which offers
players of any skill
in-depth instruction developed by seven-year veteran and former
PGA Tour winner Sam Adams, now director of golf at RedTail
Mountain.

Rare Combination—Mountain Plus Lake
Watauga Lake, a scenic 12-mile drive from RedTail Mountain, is
the future home to the private RedTail Pavilion, boathouse and
day docks, which are exclusive to homeowners and guests.

Riding trails for
Stargrass Meadow Stables.
A full array of recreational activities awaits members and
guests at the Watauga Lake facility, including fishing, boating,
swimming, water sports, hiking, and horseback riding.
Ranked as the third cleanest lake in America, Watauga Lake has

and largemouth bass.

Lakes and wildlife add to the picturesque course.
