Norman Signature Golf Course at Savannah Quarters
An 18-hole Greg Norman Signature Golf
Course, which opened its back nine in the fall 2005, will be at the heart of
Savannah Quarter's Westbrook neighborhood. Surrounded by
grasses and trees indigenous to the Lowcountry, the course
offers five sets of tees to accommodate varying skill levels, and
will incorporate “junior tees” to promote family
play. The course is expected to play from approximately 5,400 to
7,200 yards and will be highlighted by a 15th hole island green.
The front nine will open June 2006.
Savannah Quarters takes to heart its mission of gracious
Southern living.
A Classic Clubhouse
Classically Southern in style and architecture, the planned
Clubhouse at Savannah Quarters will serve as the center for
community activities. The Clubhouse will include fully appointed
men’s and ladies’ locker rooms, a golf pro-shop, golf member
grille, member lounge, and dining rooms providing casual, yet
sophisticated venues for members and their guests.
The outdoor
dining area will provide breathtaking views of holes Nos. 9 and 18
and the event lawn, overlooking the 18th green, will offer a
spectacular area for special events.

About the Developer
The residential areas of Savannah Quarters are being
developed by Medallist Developments. Medallist Developments is
a partnership between Australia’s leading investment bank,
Macquarie Bank, and Greg Norman’s Great White Shark
Enterprises. Other Medallist developments are located in
Australia, Mexico and state side in Florida and Tennessee.

Memberships
A variety of membership options are available for Savannah
Quarters Country Club.

Golf memberships allow complete access to
all golf, social, and sports facilities.

Sports memberships allow use of all the
facilities, with golf on a limited basis.

Social memberships provide use of the
social and sports facilities and are only granted to property
owners.
Access to and use of the golf course is not
included in the purchase of homes or homesites and requires
separate membership. Memberships for the golf course are subject
to application and approval and payment of applicable fees and
dues.
