Solivita is a retirement community of

brand-new Palms Amenity Complex, two championship golf courses
and state-of-the-art fitness centers. Its master plan creates a
fine balance of wooded preserves, neighborhoods and amenities.

Solivita has won many awards, including "Best Active Adult
Community."
Located 21 miles south of Walt Disney
World in Orlando and other world-class attractions, Solivita is
a recreational landmark of its own, arranged into a dozen
residential neighborhoods of Tuscan-style detached and attached
single-family homes affordably priced.
Here you can participate in over 70 clubs
and organizations, enjoy more than 100 weekly activities, and
walk or drive your golf cart to the Village Center where you'll
find three restaurants and the award-wining
32,000-square-foot.Riviera Spa & Fitness Center.

This Orlando area community offers both indoor and outdoor
pools.
This standout complex has both indoor and
outdoor swimming pools, an aerobics center, indoor running
track, state-of-the-art strength training and cardiovascular
equipment from Technogym. Residents choose from a selection of
30 separate classes in water, land and specialty fitness.
Two Championship Courses Vary the
Challenge
Within Solivita is the semi-private Stonegate Golf Club with
two championship 18-hole golf courses, The Oaks, designed by Ron
Garl, and The Cypress, an original Robert Von Hagge and Bruce
Devlin layout redesigned in 2006 by George Clifton.

The award winning courses feature water and other natural
backdrops.
The Oaks Course is bordered by
hundred-year-old oak hammocks, lush colorful greenery and
abundant streams and lakes. The Cypress, stretching 6,800 yards
from the back tees, boasts abundant water features, beautiful
lakes and white sand bunkers.

The golf club includes the Grille at
Stonegate, a casual restaurant and watering hole, golf pro shop
and men’s and women’s locker facilities. Outside is a deck
overlooking the course, an aquatic driving range with grass
tees, plus practice bunkers and pitching, chipping and putting
greens.
Workouts, Wellness and an Active Social
Scene
The attractions of Solivita’s Village Center include the
17,000-square-foot Starlite Ballroom, the Waterfront
Galleries—with classes in sculpture, ceramics, stained glass and
watercolor—and Freedom Park, with lighted tennis courts,
pickle-ball courts, and a championship softball diamond.
Solivita's newest addition is The Palms, an
amenity complex featuring a 19,000-square-foot clubhouse with
world-class fitness center, massive aerobics studio, residents'
business center with high-speed internet, member's club room
with large-screen plasma TV and baby grand piano.
Solivita’s three restaurants are located
within the Village Center—the Stonegate Grille has a 19th Hole
atmosphere, serving lunch and dinner. The Gateway Cafe is for
morning coffee and bakery items and adjoins The Upper Crust
Pizza. Mosaics Restaurant and lounge has a full-service bar.
