Description
St. James Golf Club is a master-planned luxury golf
community on Florida’s relaxed Treasure Coast, just a few minutes drive from
restaurants, movies, shopping and the beautiful beaches of Hutchinson Island.
Its golf course has been completely renovated.

In addition to the course's renovation, the clubhouse has been compeltly
upgraded.
The championship course at St. James Golf Club has experienced a dramatic
turnabout. With all new bunkers and the entire 18-hole layout re-seeded, the
result is an eye-pleasing course with quick, true greens and a gauntlet of
golfing challenges.
The club also offers a state-of-the-art practice facility, with natural grass
tee, simulated fairway bunker and dedicated short game area with a putting
green. Its fleet of golf carts is all new and the club staff is known for its
pampering treatment.

The practice area features natural grass tee and simulated fairway bunker.
The St. James experience extends from groomed fairways to the full-service
clubhouse, complete with full liquor bar, renovated kitchen and a golf grill
bar. There’s a modern fitness center, pool, tennis courts and meeting rooms, as
well.
A Company Known for Value
The creator of St. James Golf Club, Princeton Homes, is one of the top value
home builders on the Treasure Coast. The community offers homes with golf, lake or preserve
views. Mostly 4-bedroom homes, they range in size up to 2,946 and are priced
from $259,900.
At St. James there are recreational options both on and off the property.
Deep-sea fishing is available from charter or party boats. You can also
surf-cast along the beach or go fresh-water fishing in the St. Lucie River.
Florida's largest artificial reef is two miles offshore.

Right across the street is the 217-acre St. Lucie Environmental Learning Center.
For sports fans, the nearby New York Mets spring training facility is home to
minor league baseball, concerts and special events. A new Publix shopping plaza
is a nine-iron shot away.
Six free, public boat-launching ramps, several yacht basins, and many accessible
waterways, including the Atlantic Ocean, Intra-coastal Waterway, Fort Pierce
Inlet and The St. Lucie River, 18 miles south, make boating a popular sport in
St. Lucie County.
