Twin
Creeks
Cedar Park, Texas

The first Fred Couples-designed golf course in greater Austin
sets the
tone for a community geared toward family fun and relaxation in
nature.
Description
Twin Creeks is a 760-acre master planned
community just north of the Hill Country city of Austin. Its
anchor amenities are an award-winning Fred Couples-designed golf
course and an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse, activities center and
waterpark.

Golf at Twin Creeks means rolling hills and valley views.
The Twin Creeks clubhouse (under
construction) and the Family Activities Center round up
residents for sports, recreation and social activities. It’s a
private complex devoted to fine dining, casual meals, fitness
and weight training and a teen game room.

The Family Activities Center.
This community center is adjacent to the
Twin Creeks golf complex, housing men’s and women’s locker
rooms, the golf pro shop and a sports lounge.
To take advantage of Austin’s nearly
year-round warm weather, the community Waterpark is outfitted
with a junior-Olympic pool, a zero-depth-entry pool, interactive
fountains and a giant water slide.

The community Waterpark.
The 7,000-yard, par-72 golf course runs
through through ravines and rock outcroppings, strategically
incorporating a pair of creeks that traverse the fairways to set
up water carries and risk-reward opportunities.
