This dynamic, 18-hole resort course has played host to Liberty Mutual's Legends of Golf Tournament, one of the most unique events on the Senior PGA TOUR. The par-72 course features five tees per hole to accommodate a variety of playing levels.

King & Bear, named for its co-designers, World Golf Hall of Fame members Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus, is the first-and-only course design collaboration between two of golf's most respected and well-known ambassadors.

Palmer and Nicklaus successfully created a 7,279-yard layout, which has played host to professional and nationally televised events, that is both eminently playable and picturesque with memorable par-5s amid lakes, loblolly pines and 200-year-old live oaks.

Both courses boast their own clubhouse. Each clubhouse features a gourmet dining room, a bar with outdoor patio dining, a pro shop and locker room lounges. Residents can also get tips on their game through a variety of programs at the Village's onsite PGA TOUR Golf Academy--the PGA TOUR's first-ever golfing school.

Environmental Award
In 2002, The Neighborhoods won the Florida Association of Realtors Environmental Award for building in harmony with Florida's sensitive environment. Directions to World Golf Village
World Golf Village is conveniently located in Northeast Florida, 20 minutes south of Jacksonville and 8 miles north of historic St. Augustine, off Interstate 95 at Exit 323, International Golf Parkway and is located near commercial airports, Jacksonville International Airport, Daytona Beach Regional Airport and St. Augustine Airport.

From Jacksonville
If you are coming from Jacksonville or the Jacksonville International Airport, take I-95 south to Exit 323, International Golf Parkway (see map below). Exit right onto International Golf Parkway, then make another right into the main entrance to World Golf Village.

Follow the signs to your destination of choice -- World Golf Hall of Fame, Slammer & Squire and King and Bear golf courses, World Golf Village IMAX® Theater, shops at World Golf Village, World Golf Village Renaissance Resort Hotel, Vistana Resort at World Golf Village.

From St. Augustine
If you are coming from St. Augustine or south Florida, take I-95 north to exit 95A, International Golf Parkway (see map below). Exit left onto International Golf Parkway, then make a right into the main entrance to World Golf Village and follow the signs to your destination of choice.

Access by Air
World Golf Village is centrally located between two major commercial airports, Jacksonville International Airport and Daytona Beach Regional Airport, with St. Augustine/St. Johns City Municipal Airport just minutes away.

Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is served by more than a dozen major and regional airlines that offer 200 daily flights to and from most major cities in the country. It is approximately a 45-minute drive from World Golf Village. Airlines serving JAX include AirTran Airlines, American, American Eagle, Comair, Continental, Delta, MetroJet, Midway, Southwest, USAirways, United and United Express.

Daytona Beach Regional Airport (DAB) is approximately 55 minutes driving distance south of St. Augustine. Airlines serving Daytona Beach include Continental and Delta. 

St. Augustine/St. Johns County Municipal Airport is the closest private, non-commercial airport accommodating general aviation and corporate air travel.

If you are coming from the Orlando International Airport, take I-4 east to I-95 North to exit 95A, International Golf Parkway. Exit left onto International Golf Parkway, then make a right into the main entrance and follow the signs to your final destination. Driving time should take approximately 90 minutes.
